Release number 173 on Adaptation Music brings about a classic house sound in the form of ‘That 90s Groove’ by Nat Larvin.

Hailing from England’s north west region, Nat has been a regular feature in the local DJ scene for a number of years and this is her first outing in the world of music production. It was definitely worth the wait! a deep and thought provoking intro with catchy vocal snippets leads into a big room piano lick and then into a funky as hell chorus. Deep rumbling bass and catchy vocal work aplenty on offer here. What a superb first outing from Nat on her maiden production and hopefully plenty more on the horizon!

A rolling bass line, tight beats, lush deep chord work, classic piano stabs, a funky sax and sexy suggestive vocal interludes combine to create an absolute gem of a 90s house and garage fusion track and undisputed dancefloor weapon. Not one to be overlooked, that’s for sure!

Truth Committee kick off the new year with their seventh single on Adaptation Music, this one a lush soulful and disco influenced track entitled ‘Hope For Tomorrow’.

Quite probably the best track yet from Truth Committee, ‘Hope For Tomorrow’ is a beautiful piano laden jazzy, soulful track with a soft and positive vocal accompanied by live bass, additional keys and solid beats. A thought provoking slice of jazzy goodness which leaves you feeling like there’s hope for tomorrow, maybe.

A positive 2022 saw Truth Committee appear on several ‘Best Of 2022’ compilations and throughout the year having top downloads in the Nu Disco, Soulful House, Afro/Latin/Brazilian genre sections on several download stores.
