Adaptation Music showcases another exclusive and exceptional deep house two tracker from Tom Conrad, entitled ‘Hazy Nights EP’.

Arguably Tom’s finest work to date, the EP kicks off with the bass heavy, jackin’ and funky yet serious ‘Everyone’ which is filled with influences from Chicago house, old school UK garage and early 90s deep house vibes. The second track ‘Lucid Dreams’ offers something different and takes on a serious, atmospheric and retro approach and has classy and timeless written all over it.

Matt Correa Returns to Adaptation Music following previous release ‘Illusions EP’ and several remixes including Franco De Mulero’s ‘Ara’, his Balearic rework of Hermanas Sister ‘Bird’, the big room take on DJ Bee’s ‘Corruption’ and the more laidback vibes of D-Reflection’s ‘Make Believe’. Remixes on this release come from The Messenger, Arturo Garces and Askin Dedeoglu.

Matt’s versatility continues with the crossover sounds of ‘Sophisticated’ complete with a funky bassline alongside classic deep chord stabs creating a sound normally associated with early west coast U.S deep house and the more recent Dutch jackin house sound. Another example of foolproof piece of music from the multi-talented man from Marbella!

First on remix duty is the consistent and well respected European duo The Messenger, who release on numerous underground labels and prefer to stay out of the limelight which their music is more than worthy of! This remix once again captures the classic early U.S west coast deep house sound and oozes quality throughout.

Voted one of the top 10 jackin house producers worldwide for the last few years is an actual U.S west coast producer – Arturo Garces. His classic sound is evident in another quality remix he’s done here for Adaptation Music, reminiscent of the DJ Sneak style and deep underground sound of Robsoul, which is no coincidence seeing as he has now graced that label more than once in the last few years..

Last but not least is a different take on the track from Turkish based Bulgarian producer Askin Dedeoglu, following on from his brilliant ‘Passion EP’. His remix offers deep, jackin and atmospheric elements backed up with a huge retro bassline that may appeal to old school house heads and fans of the UK/speed garage scene of the 1990s.

Adaptation Music is proud to finally reveal the follow up single to their biggest success of 2016 ‘The 12am Groove’ with Tom Conrad’s next journey into jackin house with the equally impressive ‘Remember The Good Times’, an apt title for yet another infectious groove.

Taking another minor diversion off the usual deep house path, Tom follows up his Traxsource #1 Essential Jackin release, #5 top download and inclusion in the Top Jackin tracks of 2016 with ‘Remember The Good Times’. This track is without doubt on an equal par with ‘The 12am Groove’, with a jazzy and captivating main hook, jackin beats and simple yet very effective funky bassline. Tom has also recently done remixes for Jesante, Hermanas Sister, DJ Bee & DJ SGZ along with the well received ‘Impressions EP’ and ‘Mystical EP’ releases. Tom’s back catalog consists of a variety of tracks and remixes over the last decade under his own name and also alongside studio partner Andre Bonsor. This year looks set to be another busy one for Tom as he focuses more on his own productions after several years dedicated to the development of his record labels.

Rotterdam based producer El Funkador has been releasing consistent jackin house for over 5 years now and was recently was signed to DJ Sneak’s Magnetic Recordings imprint. A combination of tight retro garage beats, deep funky basslines and heavy jazz and funk influences have become his trademark sound and made his tracks a popular choice for numerous DJs within the jackin house scene.

The EP opens with the superb and infectious ‘What You Want’ with its lush vocals, beautiful classy jazz keys and hook that you wish didn’t have to end! this track is most suited for the early part of the night/DJ set and ideal for any beach/pool party scenario. Next up on the EP is ‘Can’t Hold Me Down’ which also has a catchy jazzy hook but takes on a different vibe with its deeper late night vibes, yet is certainly equal in quality.

Adaptation Music welcomes back Tom Conrad to the label as he continues his ever growing number of consistent productions and remixes in recent times with the sublime jackin dancefloor gem ‘The 12am Groove’ with two fine remixes from Soledrifter.

The original version is a quality slice of classic filtered uplifting jackin house, tailor made for any feel good dancefloor scenario. Tom’s long love affair with jackin house is finally captured in the studio with this being his first solo jackin house track and hopefully not the last. The first of Soledrifter’s great remixes is a brilliant energy packed Daft Punk-esque rework, reminiscent of the classic filtered French house sound of the late 90s. The second of Soledrifter’s mixes is a classy take on the original, with maybe less energy but still very much oozing with quality.
