Release number 143 on Adaptation Music comes from label heavyweights Truth Committee with the catchy and funky disco vibes of ‘Without You’.

A big room tune without doubt, ‘Without You’ is an infectious classic disco groove with a 90s French filtered house feel, complete with a great vocal hook. Definitely some old school Daft Punk and Crydamoure/Roulé label vibes going on here!

It doesn’t get any more disco house than ‘M’s Theme’, surely?!? superb guitar riff, funky live bass, catchy vocals and infectious trumpet interludes with some French filtered house vibes thrown in too.

Truth Committee return for the 138th release on Adaptation Music with the big Nu Disco number ‘She Wants You’.

Funky bass, warm rhodes, atmospheric pads, beautiful synth keys and a minimal vocal combine to create a beauty of a Nu Disco track with the addition of New York garage style beats and further into the track, some classic D-Train vibes. Great summer feel to this one.

Truth Committee have followed up a very positive 2022 with several singles out this year already on various labels, with this being their sixth single on Adaptation Music so far in 2023.

Truth Committee’s fourth single of 2023 and their 9th so far on Adaptation Music, is a big room/peak time funky jam entitled ‘Twisted’.

‘Twisted’ is a huge dancefloor number, with infectious guitar licks, funky as hell bass line and twisted vocal – something to either dance your ass off to or get twisted to, we’ll leave that up to you.

Their debut year of 2022 was a positive one which saw Truth Committee appear on several ‘Best Of 2022’ compilations and throughout the year having top downloads in the Nu Disco, Soulful House, Afro/Latin/Brazilian genre sections on several download stores. Adaptation Music’s 120th release sees a debut on the label for disco aficionados Truth Committee with the superb disco / French house crossover track ‘The Way It Was’.

The infectious groove, soulful keys and killer bassline alongside the spoken word vocal combine to recreate the classic filtered disco house and French house crossover sound of the late 90s which will be familiar to fans of early Daft Punk and Crydamoure releases, whilst also catering for those into both Nu Disco and Jackin House.

This release sees the first of several already scheduled for Truth Committee in 2022, on Adaptation Music as well as on the likes of Ginkgo Music and Hive Label.
