Adaptation Music welcomes new and exclusive Nottingham duo Javed Brothers to the label with the first of several projects not to be missed, this one entitled ‘Differences EP’.

The EP opens up with the massive bass heavy ‘Kawang’ which combines deep atmospheric synth work, tight beats and a bassline that would rock any sound system and dancefloor. Next up is ‘If You’ which is a more techy minimal affair perfect for any serious late night set. Last but not least is the spacey atmospheric and prog style ‘Jupiter’, another one for the early hours.

This may be the first release for Javed Brothers but they are no strangers to the scene, hence why their productions are so solid. Both of them have been DJing for over a decade for various events in several locations throughout the UK and one of the duo has owned a successful recording studio, doing voiceover work with Stephen Graham for the major HBO series Boardwalk Empire. Expect to see a lot more from these guys as 2018, with numerous projects in the pipeline and big things are expected from them.

Adaptation Music welcomed newcomers Javed Brothers to the turntables in advance of their first of many releases on the label, alongside the ever present Tom Conrad. Music from their first release ‘Differences EP’ features alongside some of their forthcoming projects as well as some great new music from the likes of Harry Romero, Atjazz, Green Velvet, Diego Krause, Arturo Garces, Soledrifter, Joshua Iz, Mr V and many more.

Adaptation’s 83rd release is the first ever solo release from Nockasson, one half of duo L.A Cerate who also announced themselves to the music world with the brilliant ‘Subconscious EP’ back in 2015. And what a way to showcase your presence with two sublime slices of deep house.

The EP opens with the bass heavy vocal track ‘Situations’, its infectious bassline at the forefront surrounded by lush keys and soft alluring vocals. The ‘B’ side entitled ‘Intrusion’ is a late night vibe which also offers a deep and heavy bassline with intermittent haunting keys and pads, with a subtle vinyl crackle thrown in for good measure

Nockasson may be a new artist name on the block but in no way is he a stranger to the scene. Growing up and going to school with Adaptation Music’s Tom Conrad, they both shared the same passion and taste for music so it was inevitable that the connection would realign on the industry stage. As a member of the L.A Cerate duo, their ‘Subconscious EP’ made waves in 2015 and they subsequently went on to remix the 50th Adaptation release by none other than the legendary Demarkus Lewis.

Adaptation Music is proud to work once again with Spanish radio presenter, DJ and producer DJ Bee with his third project on the label entitled ‘No Drama’ with solid mixes from Bonetti and Ricky Inch.

Madrid based DJ Bee has been a prominent figure on the Spanish airwaves for a number of years now with his incredibly popular shows ‘House Time’ and ‘Bee Live’ which showcase a variety of the freshest house music. Not only consigned to radio, DJ Bee has played all over Spain and has produced for a variety of labels including those owned by Franco De Mulero and DJ Chus.

Mallorca based producer Bonetti teams up with Adaptation Music again but this time on remix duty following his huge ‘Lose My Mind EP’ release. Bonetti is a prolific producer and remixer and has had projects on numerous labels for the likes of Demarkus Lewis and DJ Spen.

A big supporter of Adaptation but new to the label as a producer/remixer is Estonian producer Ricky Inch. Ricky has built up an impressive discography on the likes of Purple Music, Peppermint Jam, King Street, Seamless, Spring Tube and many more.
