Adaptation Music welcomes Yan Gordo back for the 111th release on the label with ‘Le Plaisir Pour Le Plaisir EP’ following on from his Perspectives compilation and several previous projects on the label including ‘Ombre Et Lumiere EP’, ‘Bangobam’, ‘Take It Easy’, ‘Ready’ and ‘Calmos’. Early support on the release from Mike Millrain, Jeremy Sylvester, Booker T, Jellybean Benitez, Anthony Pappa, Satoshi Fumi, Todd Gardner, Finest Wear, Vinny Da Vinci and more.

Hailing from the same surrounds as the likes of Agoria, Manoo, Rocco & Klement Bonelli, Yan first started releasing house music in 2011 and his music has been regularly supported by the likes of Mark Farina, Phil Weeks, Hector Romero, Jason Hodges, Demuir and Angelo Ferreri amongst others.

Adaptation Music’s Tom Conrad follows on from his recent release ‘Frankie’s Song’ with ‘Twisted Jazz EP’ which is a totally different affair showing Tom’s versatility, containing two tracks of Deep and Jackin House.

The EP opens up with the jazzy, jackin’, funky and infectious ‘Jazz Fly’, complete with vibrant chords, tough beats an old school U.S jazz style hook and lush rhodes keys perfect for any peak time deep/jackin house set. Also on the EP and taking on a totally different style is ‘Twisted Principles’ which is more deep tech affair, with atmospheric keys/pads and a killer bass line.

Watch out for several more EPs and singles over the coming months from Tom on Adaptation Music and several other labels as he continues to establish himself and his aliases/collaborations with consistency and progression within the realms of deep and jackin underground house music.

The first track on the release, the brilliant ‘L’heure Bleue’, leads with some very warm chords and has an overall summery and Balearic vibe with a dash of classic French House. The B Side ‘Humeur Nocturne’ is a more serious late night affair with a similar chord style, one for the deep house heads.
